Big Cypress Motor Coach Resort will be a gated community with 139-coachsites covering 26-acres. The community will feature two lakes, an administrative building at the entrance, which will house a mailroom, laundry facility, showers and a social room. A 4500 square foot clubhouse will overlook a 7-acre lake.
The clubhouse will offer a community room with a catering kitchen, an exercise room, showers, an office with Internet access, laundry facilities, and more. A large heated swimming pool and a Jacuzzi will overlook the lake and there will be a cozy Gazebo set on the edge of the lake for a nice place to gather for sunset.

For more recreational activities, there is an executive public golf course adjacent to the property; this golf course stands out from the rest as it is lighted in the evenings. This area also offers a variety of National and State Parks along Southwest Florida's newest scenic highway. Shops, restaurants, and supermarkets are approximately 4 miles down the road. A boat ramp is available approximately 3.5 miles from the resort. Marco Island Beach is a 15-minute drive and Naples beach a 20-minute drive.

Big Cypress Motor Coach Resort will be developed as a true condominium. Buyers will hold clear title to their respective site. A maintenance fee of approximately $240 a month will cover water, sewer, garbage, lawn care, common landscaping and more. Lots will be roughly 54'ft wide by 85'ft deep (approximate) on a diagonal with a interlocking paver pad. Each lot will also feature a storage shed that is approximately 10x10 ft, which will have electricity and water roughed in. A screened in enclosure, approximately 10x12 will be attached to the shed. Additional storage facilities that could house RV's, boats, and cars, as well as personal belongings, will also be available for an additional fee. There will be a 26-foot motor coach minimum allowed in the Resort.

As an additional feature to the area, Basik Development is constructing an 85,000 sq. ft. indoor climate controlled Market Place , which will house roughly 300 vendors year around. This Market Place will draw customers all year long, even during the off season months, which will allow the owner's of Big Cypress Motor Coach Resort to put their lot in a rental pool.

We are currently anticipating pre-construction pricing starting at $125,000-$225,000. Reservations will be taken on a first come first serve basis, and a $5,000 deposit will be required.
