Industrial Park

Naples Big Cypress Industrial Park is a three-phase project on a 60-acre parcel four miles east of SR 951 (Collier Blvd) along US 41 East. Phase I of the development included 10 acres of Industrial/Warehouse Condo storage for RVs, boats, automobiles and some small businesses, as well as spaces for outdoor boat and RV storage.

With four buildings completed and sold, Basik Development now begins the second phase of the project: construction of three new storage condo buildings, a large open storage facility, and two mini-storage facilities.  Each of the three new subdivided storage buildings will have seven units of 1,215 to 1,275 square feet.  The large storage building will have 45,000 square feet.

The mini-storage facilities each will have 17 units – one with spaces measuring 10-by-10 feet and the other with spaces measuring 10-by-20 feet, all available for lease.

The buildings are constructed of a 4-inch, insulated panel system with an R-32 insulation factor. The quality and flexibility of the material is ideal for industrial storage and business space and easily air-conditioned if desired. Due the its high insulation characteristic, the building’s interior temperature is 10-15 degrees below that of a standard building, so air conditioning is not necessarily needed. In addition, since the panels are structural and contain the insulation, construction time is reduced dramatically since the wall construction is a one-step process.
