Basik Development LLC, isa multi-faceted development company building residential, commercial and industrial projects throughout Southwest Florida.

Family owned and operated, the principals have more than 55 years of combined experience working directly with the Army Corps of Engineer, South Florida Water Management and Lee and Collier counties on critical developmental issues, as well as with many local engineers, architects, attorneys and planning firms. They also have worked with land mitigation specialists to convert environmentally sensitive acreage into useable parcels for development.

Basik Development currently oversees the development and construction of nearly 100,000 square feet of industrial storage, 70,000 square feet of commercial offices, 85,000 square feet of commercial retail, a 140-site RV Park, and an upscale, gated residential community. Its newest project is the Big Cypress Market Place, an 87,000-square-foot air-conditioned flea market, food court, winery, produce market and event center on U.S. 41 four miles east of S.R. 951.
