Naples Big Cypress is a multi-phased, 80-acre project located on US 41, four miles east of SR 951 (Collier Boulevard). Basik Development will develop the project in three phases:

Phase I: Industrial Park/13 acres: Industrial storage condos and outdoor storage for RVs, boats, automobiles, and small businesses.  Four industrial storage condos are completed and sold. Construction will begin in Summer 2008 on four more industrial condo buildings, two mini-storage facilities and a 45,000-square-foot warehouse. Pre-construction pricing is now available.

Phase II: The Market Place/20 acres: An 80,000-square-foot indoor, air-conditioned flea market with 300 booths, a two-story food court, a Tiki Bar and produce market, a winery and a trade show Expo. Opening in Spring 2008.

Phase III: Motor Coach Resort/25 acres: A 139-site RV Park with two clubhouses, a putting green, shuffle board court, large pool and other amenities. Construction will begin in late 2008/early 2009.
